For quality assurance we have assigned a specialist engineer who is responsible, among other things, for the incoming goods inspection of all bodus own products, as well as for complaints.

In detail, this means that we receive so-called reserve samples from each batch of resin / hardener and from the liner materials for the products of the Metroliner system.

Random material tests are then carried out in our test laboratory in accordance with DIBt, such as...

Measurements of viscosity or the specific density of resin and hardener
Thickness, basis weights, flat dimensions of the liner materials, etc.

A corresponding test sheet is then created for each component.

In the context of the extensive requirements, e.g. from the DIBt or country-specific standards, we also work with accredited engineering offices.
If necessary, we receive the necessary results or test protocols and test certificates from the respective manufacturers for the third-party products we sell.
Ultimately, we provide you, our users, Metrolining members, with all the necessary certificates in a special download center that you can access via our homepage in the customer login.
